Tanda-Tanda Gejala Stress Tersembunyi


Kalau sering mengalami 1 atau beberapa dari tanda dibawah ini, bisa jadi kita sedang mengalami stres. Ciri-ciri orang stress atau gejala stress juga bisa dilihat dari tanda berikut ini. Tidak jarang gejala stres yang ada tersembunyi serta tidak memperlihatkan tanda-tanda.
Ingin tahu apakah kita sedang stress atau tidak? Nah besar kemungkinan kita sedang stress kalau kalian mengalami salah satu atau lebih dari beberapa tanda ini hampir setiap hari.

1. Sakit kepala

Sakit kepala yang dialami secara tiba-tiba bisa memicu migrain yang terkait dengan stres. Todd Schwedt, MD, Direktur Pusat Kesehatan Universitas Washington menyarankan agar tetap mengatur waktu tidur dan jadwal makan untuk meminimalkan pemicunya.


2. Siklus bulanan yang menyakitkan

Ketergantungan pada obat-obatan penghilang rasa sakit saat menstruasi setiap bulan untuk menanggulangi kram sering diakibatkan stres. Studi Harvard menemukan wanita yang meminum obat penghilang rasa sakit lebih dari dua kali selama menstruasi kemungkinan sedang stres. Ketidakseimbangan hormon merupakan penyebab stres akibat menurunnya aktivitas sistem saraf simpatik.

3. Bagian mulut pegal

Rasa sakit di rahang dan gigi yang bergemerutuk yang biasanya terjadi selama tidur bisa diperparah oleh stres. Matthew Messina DDS, penasehat konsumen American Dental Association mengingatkan 70 persen orang yang mengalami gigi gemerutuk selama tidur mengalami stres. Sebaiknya segera konsultasikan pada dokter untuk menghentikannya.

4. Mimpi aneh

Mimpi yang dialami setiap malam biasanya bersifat positif sehingga membuat Anda merasa segar pagi harinya. Rosalind Cartwright, PhD, profesor psikologi di Rush University Medical Center mengungkap saat stres, kita akan lebih sering terbangun dan mengalami mimpi aneh. Kebiasaan tidur yang baik, sekitar 7-8 jam serta menghindari kafein dan alkohol membantu tidur lebih nyenyak.

5. Pendarahan gusi

Menurut analisis ilmuwan Brasil, orang yang mengalami stres berisiko memiliki penyakit periodontal. Peningkatan hormon stres kortisol mengganggu kekebalan tubuh dan memungkinkan bakteri untuk menyerang gusi. Jika bekerja selama berjam-jam, sikatlah gigi lebih sering. "Untuk melindungi mulut, sebaiknya berolahraga dan tidur lebih banyak agar tingkat stres rendah," kata Preston Miller, DDS, mantan presiden American Academy of Periodonti.

6. Jerawat
 
Stress meningkatkan peradangan yang menimbulkan jerawat, ungkap Gil Yosipovitch, MD, profesor dermatologi klinis di Universitas Wake Forest. Untuk menghilangkan jerawat, gunakan losion asam salisilat untuk membantu pengelupasan kulit atau benzoil peroksida yang membunuh bakteri. Bila obat-obatan tersebut tidak manjur, hubungi dokter.

7. Ngemil kudapan manis

Hormon stres memicu wanita mengonsumsi makanan manis seperti cokelat. Akibatnya, mulut terasa lebih manis. Peneliti Universitas Pennsylvania menemukan, wanita pra-menopause lebih banyak mengonsumsi saat cokelat dan makanan manis saat stres dibandingkan wanita yang memasuki masa menopause.

8. Gatal-gatal kulit dan alergi

Sebuah studi baru-baru ini Jepang terhadap 2.000 orang menemukan bahwa mereka yang gatal-gatal kronis dua kali lipat mungkin terkena stres daripada mereka yang tidak. Menurut ahli, perasaan cemas atau tegang memperburuk kondisi kulit seperti dermatitis, eksim, dan psoriasis.

"Respon stres mengaktifkan serabut saraf dan menyebabkan sensasi gatal," kata Yosipovitch menjelaskan. Orang stres juga rentan mengalami reaksi alergi yang lebih parah dibandingkan orang normal.

9. Sakit perut

Stres bisa juga menyebabkan sakit perut, sakit punggung dan insomnia. Studi terhadap 1.653 orang menemukan orang dengan sedang stres memililki risiko tiga kali lebih tinggi mengalami sakit perut dibandingkan orang yang relaks.

Penyebab stress itu bervarias. Bisa jadi karena tidak tahu bagaimana cara meninggikan badan yang baik dan benar, atau pusing gak ketemu obat perangsang wanita yang manjur tapi murah, atau bingung pengen nyari tips wawancara kerja biar sukses pas interview..
